I am not a poet by any means, in 2013 after attending one more support group that was going nowhere but further down, I came home even more broken and I was ready to give up.

Throwing in the Towel
A couple of weeks ago Pastor Daniel Wurtz preached. He was talking about how satan offers us so much to walk away from God and do what he wants us to do. He talked about giving up and throwing in the towel. Until I listened to it again today I didn’t know he was talking about giving up all that God has for us and going back to your old way of life before you accepted Jesus or giving into sin.
Daddy's Heart
As I looked at this picture of my Daddy keeping me safe to go in the water so I won’t drown as I look up at him with that loving “thank you Daddy” look it reminded me of how our Heavenly Father keeps me safe everyday so I won’t drown.I am such a blessed daughter to have a loving father and even more loving Heavenly Father!

Celebrating Tah Dah Moments

Lost Identity
Many of you like me, have gone through or are going through things in your life that took or are taking your power away. You feel lost and unable to see yourself strong, capable, and unfortunately not able to truly love or feel worthy of being loved.

"I lost ME, the person I once was. I had become a broken bitter hurting person. I was living in the fulfillment of all the negativity I had accepted.
Breath of God
New Years Eve 2021 the doctor called me that evening to tell me that Daddy was fading rapidly and probably only had a couple more days, we immediately went to the hospital to be with him. As many of you know Daddy loved the Lord deeply he lived every moment of every day praising Him, sharing His love, and basking in His presence. That night he was very tired because of the medicine they were giving him for pain. He tried to visit with us but would get very sleepy. He would look over at me and say “I’m just going to sit over here with Jesus if that’s ok.” I replied, “Ok Daddy I’ll just sit over here with Jesus.” When I got home that night and was praying for him; God told me that we needed to take him off the oxygen. On January 3rd, 2022 the hospital called stating that Dad was on 100% forced oxygen and things were not looking good. They told me we needed to make a decision suggesting we take him off the oxygen and make him comfortable.

On October 3rd I began sharing A healthier ~ body, mind, and soul. I continue to work at maintaining a healthier well-being by choosing more Holistic health choices, using natural herbs, spices, essential oils, and other God given remedies. Going Natural
